About the Role
Professionally handle incoming calls from patients and other stakeholders.
Provide information about services offered, appointment availability, and other relevant inquiries.
Utilize Dentally software to schedule and manage appointments for patients with the relevant practitioners.
Ensure accurate input of patient information, appointment details, and any special requirements into the system.
Coordinate with practitioners to optimize appointment scheduling and maintain efficient patient flow.
Address patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Strive to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall patient experience.
Requirements
Experience with Dentally software is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Previous hands-on experience in a similar role preferred.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
